Attainable Housing

Every Kentuckian deserves the chance to put down roots, raise a family, and thrive in a safe, stable home. But right now, too many hardworking people, teachers, nurses, first responders, and young families are being priced out of the very communities they serve.

That’s why I’m fighting for attainable housing: homes that reflect the dignity of work, strengthen neighborhoods, and keep our communities together.

Attainable housing means:

• Fair access to homes for working families, not just the wealthiest few.

• Smart growth that balances development with protecting our local character.

• Community stability so our kids can grow up in the same neighborhoods where their grandparents live.

• Partnerships with local builders and nonprofits to ensure housing solutions benefit Kentuckians first.
