Data Centers

The people of District 33 have made it clear. We don’t want massive data centers that drain our resources, raise utility costs, and disrupt the character of our neighborhoods. I believe our land and infrastructure should serve families, small businesses, and local farms and not outside corporations. That means fighting against projects that put profits over people and instead investing in what truly matters: attainable housing, reliable healthcare, strong schools, and clean energy that benefits Kentuckians directly. Our community deserves growth that reflects our values, not developments that leave us behind.

“The legislation with House Bill 8, Senate Bill 89 and House Bill 143 opened the floodgates for massive data centers in our district. This redefined Kentucky’s waterways to favor corporate developers and stripped away the accountability our communities deserve. They are not protecting families, farms, or neighborhoods. They are protecting outside interests at the expense of our local resources.”
